四月十五日,我校邀请了本校的温州市名班主任林小玲老师为青年班主任做《家校合力,携手并进》的主题讲座。全体青年班主任及部分新教师参与讲座。
林小玲老师以她多年的班主任工作经验为背景,围绕“理解”、“尊重”、“沟通”和“互补”四个关键词阐述了如何通过家校合作使学生、家长和老师共同进步。在谈到“理解”时,林小玲老师具体从“理解家长望子成龙的心情”、“理解家长的焦虑”和“理解家长的无奈”三个角度,结合她班主任工作中的学生案例,生动讲述了如何在班主任的日常工作中做到优秀,如何让“每一个孩子都有春天”。随后林老师结合心理学上的五个效应原理,为青年班主任提供了理论上的支持,切实使讲座内容实现了理论与实践的结合。
这次精彩的讲座,为我校青年班主任的成长提供了专业上的指导,同时也为我校青年班主任工作的开展提供许多的帮助。
On April 15th, Wenzhou Foreign Language School invited Lin Xiaoling, a famous municipal-level head teacher, to give a lecture named “Home-school cooperation, hand in hand progress”. The lecture was participated by some young head teachers and some new teachers.
Based on teacher Lin’s years of experience as a head teacher, she elaborated that through home-school cooperation, students, parents and teachers can make progress together. In order to achieve such cooperation, head teachers should focus on four key words: “understanding”, “respect”, “communication” and “complementation”. When it comes to “understanding”, she explained it from the perspectives of “understanding parents’ desire for their children to be successful”, “understanding parents’ anxiety” and “understanding parents’ helplessness”, combined with some real cases of her students, she emphasized that “Every child will have his own moment of glory”. Subsequently, Ms. Lin provided young head teachers with five psychological effects as the theoretical support, which made the lecture realize the combination of theory and practice.
This theme lecture provides direction guidance for the growth of young teachers who are in charge of the class in our school and also helps with the implement of their work.
